Florida Realtors Expect Prices to Rise 5%...Don't Miss the Boat!

Are you on the fence about buying and just waiting for the "deal" to come across your computer??  Well in a recent article released by the National Association of Realtors, Florida agents are expecting a price increase of 5% over the next 12 months. 

We've already started seeing the price increase here on the Emerald Coast.  Prices are up from last year, and we are steadily seeing the increase with each new listing on  the market.  Inventory is declining, and prices now will be considered a bargain a year from now.

For example, our two bedroom condos at Tropic Winds were selling for $259K and recently jumped to $279, and now $289K.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day from the Emerald Coast!

I always have enjoyed dressing in green (it's my favorite color) and, as I've gotten older, enjoying a few green cocktails as well!  Now having a daughter I look forward to things like turning her milk green, planting jelly beans the night before and having them "grow" into lollipops, and leaving these little leprechaun marks to see the excitement all over her face. 

I hope however you spend your St. Patty's Day you enjoy every green minute!  Cheers!!

First Note Concert Series is BACK!!

Well First Note is back in town!  The shows will be held at Seascape in Miramar Beach and the VUE in Santa Rosa Beach.  Ticket prices are starting as low as $25 plus VIP options as well as other ticket options.  The music will be a variety of all genres & artists.  The orchestrator originally started in Redfish Village on 30A and put on over 150 shows before selling the building.  He realized it was too big of an event to let go.   They have contracted a multi-year partnership with Seascape and shows start March 14th-15th and the Vue will hold 20 shows starting March 16th.  These are events you don't want to miss out on!

Gulf Coast Jam 2014 in Panama City Beach


Pespi's Gulf Coast Jam is set for Labor Day weekend 2014.  Tickets go on sale March 28th at 10am and you are not going to want to miss out!  So far the lineup is featuring big names such as Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, and Dierks Bentley. 
Pricing:

3-Day General Admission ticket prices will start at $109 and increase up to $189 plus tax and surcharges. General Admission tickets will grant you access to the daytime stages at M.B. Miller County Pier, the main headline stage at Frank Brown Park, any late night events, and free shuttle access for all three days of the festival.

Spring Break 2014 is HERE!

Many people dread it when they here some one speak the words "Spring Breakers", but over the years Panama City Beach has been changing and with the new additions, like Pier Park and the Beaches International Airport, it's bringing in a softer, more enjoyable crowd.  We even see the Spring Break crowds trickling into 30A which offer attractions such as Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach, and many more.   There are many great shops, restaurants, and beach activities to enjoy in both locations!

So I feel as if I'm being forced into the Social Media world for business, so I decided if I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it ALL
